Welcome to One More Please

This Privacy Policy explains how One More Please ("One More Please", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the One More Please mobile application ("the App") and website.

One More Please is designed as a privacy-focused camera and creative editing application for photos and videos. Most media processing and editing happens directly on your device. Gallery storage and optional microphone access for video sound are described below.

One More Please was previously known as Posely/GetPosely. This change in name does not change how we handle your photos, videos, or personal information.

1. What One More Please Does

One More Please helps you plan, capture, and creatively edit photos and videos.

With One More Please, you can:

Browse pose ideas for solo, duo, and group photos
Use pose and framing guides while taking photos or recording video
Upload your own pose references
Use photo and outline overlays in the camera
Record video, including with optional microphone sound
Apply supported video filters
Create subject outlines and cutouts
Add text, decorative elements, and text-behind-subject effects
Apply photo Filters and Beauty adjustments
Draw directly on photos using Sketch tools
Add handwritten-style notes and creative annotations
Create photos using templates and collage layouts
Store captures in the in-app Gallery, including albums and favourites
Save editable projects locally on your device so you can return to them later
Export photos or videos to your device Photo Library when you choose
Share creations using your device's built-in sharing options

Beauty, Sketch, and Style tools are photo-editing features and are not described here as video tools.

One More Please does not currently require you to create an account.

2. Photos, Videos, Camera, Microphone and Photo Library Access

One More Please may request access to your:

Camera, so you can take photos and record video using One More Please's camera features
Microphone (optional), so sound can be included in videos you start recording
Photo Library or device media storage, so you can select photos for editing and export completed images or videos when you choose

Your photos and videos remain under your control.

Microphone access is optional. When granted, it can add sound to user-started video recordings. If microphone permission is denied or restricted, or if a microphone is unavailable, you can still record video silently. Microphone access is not needed for photos, saved-media filters, or Gallery. When sound is recorded, that audio is stored as part of the video file on your device.

One More Please does not upload your photos, videos, or recorded audio to One More Please-operated servers for routine editing, pose guidance, Beauty effects, Sketch editing, video filtering, or machine-learning image analysis.

Your device operating system controls camera, microphone, and Photo Library permissions. You can change these permissions at any time through your device settings.

If you deny a permission, the related One More Please feature may not function until the permission is granted. Denying microphone permission does not prevent silent video recording.

3. Photo and Video Editing and Local Processing

Most One More Please editing and media processing is performed locally on your device.

Some features also use on-device machine learning, as described in Section 4. Supported video filters are also processed on-device.

Editing functionality includes features such as:

Photo filters
Supported video filters
Beauty adjustments
Sketch and drawing tools
Handwritten notes
Text and decorative elements
Templates and collages
Image overlays
Framing and pose-guidance tools

Beauty, Sketch, and Style tools are photo-editing features and are not described here as video tools.

Captures may be stored in the in-app Gallery on your device. Exporting a photo or video to your device's Photo Library is separate and happens only when you choose to export. Sharing through another app does not necessarily save a copy to your Photo Library.

If you use the Projects feature, your project data and the photos used within those projects may also be stored locally on your device so you can reopen and continue editing them later.

4. Machine Learning and Google ML Kit

One More Please uses on-device machine-learning technologies, including Google ML Kit and other locally run models, for certain image-processing features.

Current uses include:

Subject segmentation for features such as Outline and Cutout
Text-behind-subject effects
My Pose subject preparation and overlays
Certain template and collage effects
Face detection and facial geometry used by some Filter and Beauty effects

The image analysis used by these features is performed on-device. Some features use Google ML Kit; others use additional locally run models such as ONNX Runtime. Google describes ML Kit as providing machine-learning capabilities optimized to run on-device.

Your photos are not uploaded to One More Please-operated servers for machine-learning processing.

One More Please does not use this machine-learning processing to:

Identify who you are
Recognise individuals
Authenticate users
Create biometric identity profiles
Conduct facial recognition

Google's ML Kit face-detection API detects facial features and contours but does not recognise people.

Google states that ML Kit SDKs may collect limited technical and diagnostic information, which can include device or application information, performance metrics, API configuration, identifiers used for diagnostics or usage analytics, feature events, and error-related information.

This information is handled by Google under its applicable terms, policies, and ML Kit documentation.

One More Please does not operate its own server-based machine-learning system for analysing your photos.

5. Beauty and Face-Based Effects

Certain Beauty and Filter tools use on-device face detection to locate facial areas so visual effects can be applied appropriately.

Depending on the selected effect, this may include identifying general facial areas or contours in order to apply effects such as:

Smoothing
Glow
Dewy effects
Blush
Lip colour
Other localised visual adjustments

This processing is used only to position and apply creative visual effects.

One More Please does not use these features for:

Facial recognition
Identity verification
Surveillance
Authentication
Biometric identification

6. Sketch and Handwritten Notes

Sketch allows you to draw, write, and add handwritten-style annotations to your photos.

Sketch content is created and processed locally within the App.

When you save your creation, your drawings, handwritten notes, and other Sketch elements become part of the exported image.

One More Please does not separately collect or analyse the content you draw or write using Sketch.

7. Information We Collect

One More Please is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible.

We do not require you to provide:

A One More Please user account
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your date of birth
Your precise location

One More Please does not sell your personal information.

Third-party software or platform services used by the App, including Google ML Kit and services provided by Apple or Google, may process limited technical information according to their own policies.

8. Analytics and Diagnostic Information

One More Please uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to help us understand how app features are used and to improve the App.

The App logs the following analytics events:

pose_favorited when a pose is added to favourites
camera_started after a camera screen initializes, with a source value of pose_camera or photo_guide
photo_saved after a successful save, with a source value of pose_camera, photo_guide, style_editor, or carousel_export
carousel_editor_opened when the blank Create Carousel editor is opened
screen_view when a feature screen opens. That includes Home, onboarding, pose pickers, Pose Ideas and its boards, pose pages, Photo Guides, the pose camera, the style editor, Sketch, carousels and templates, My Pose, tips, and About. Every pose page uses one shared name, pose_details. The pose id is not sent.
editor_text, editor_brush, editor_filter, and editor_beauty once per editor visit when the corresponding tool is used in the style editor. The text someone types and the filter name are not sent.

These analytics events do not include photos, videos, recorded audio, file paths, pose IDs, favourites lists, user IDs, or free text.

Firebase Analytics assigns a pseudonymous app-instance ID to this installation so it can group events from the same installation. It may collect technical information such as app version, device model, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from the IP address. It may also record automatic events such as first_open, session_start, and user_engagement. The App does not send a name, account ID, or user ID with its custom analytics events. We do not use Analytics to identify you directly or serve targeted advertising.

Analytics information is sent to Google/Firebase and handled under Google's applicable privacy terms.

Advertising ID collection is disabled, and the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

One More Please does not use Firebase Crashlytics.

Technical or diagnostic information may also still be generated or processed by your device operating system, Apple App Store services, Google Play services, or third-party SDKs used by One More Please, including Google ML Kit, as described elsewhere in this Policy.

We do not use this technical information to identify the people appearing in your photos.

9. Sharing Your Photos and Videos

One More Please does not automatically publish or share your photos or videos.

If you choose to use your device's sharing functionality, your device may allow you to send a photo or video (including any recorded audio in that video) to third-party applications or services, including messaging or social-media platforms.

You decide what content to share and where to share it.

Once you choose to share content with another service, that service's own privacy practices apply.

10. Data Storage

One More Please does not currently operate:

A user-account system
A cloud photo or video library
A One More Please-operated cloud media-storage service

Photos or videos you export through One More Please are generally stored in your device's Photo Library or media storage when you choose to export them.

The in-app Gallery may store photos, videos, thumbnails, editing settings, albums, and favourites locally on your device. Gallery media is stored on-device and is not kept in an app-operated cloud library.

If you use the Projects feature, One More Please may store project data locally within the App on your device. This may include the photos used in a project, layout information, edits, text, decorative elements, frames, and other project settings needed so you can reopen and continue editing your work.

Project data and Gallery media are not uploaded to or stored on One More Please-operated servers.

You can delete saved projects and Gallery media from within the App. Deleting Gallery media removes it from the App and from albums in the App. It does not automatically delete separately exported or shared copies, including copies already saved to your device Photos library. Deleting an album does not itself delete the photos or videos that belonged to that album; those items remain in My Gallery unless you delete them separately.

Removing the App, clearing App data, changing devices, restoring your device, or changes to operating-system storage or backup settings may remove or affect locally stored project data, Gallery media, albums, favourites, and related organisation data.

Depending on your device settings, operating-system behaviour, and the App's backup configuration, device backup services may include locally stored App data, such as Gallery media and projects. Photo-sync services may also handle copies of exported media. These services are controlled by Apple, Google, or other providers and operate according to your settings and those providers' policies.

Some temporary files may also be created on your device while you edit, process, or export a photo or video. These may be deleted by the App or operating system when they are no longer required.

11. Children's Privacy

One More Please is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because One More Please does not currently require user accounts or request identifying profile information, we do not intentionally collect children's personal information through account registration.

If you believe personal information has been provided to us inappropriately, please contact us using the details in this Policy.

12. Security

We take reasonable steps to design One More Please in a way that minimises unnecessary collection and transmission of user information.

However, no software, device, electronic transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Third-Party Services

One More Please relies on certain third-party technologies and platform services to provide functionality.

These may include:

Google ML Kit
Google Analytics for Firebase
Apple iOS system services
Google Android system services
Apple App Store services
Google Play services
Cloudflare

Some pose images and outlines are downloaded from Cloudflare so they do not have to be stored inside the app. These downloads do not include your photos or an account. Cloudflare may receive standard connection information, such as your IP address, when delivering these files, and may process this information for delivery and security purposes under its applicable policies. Saved favourite poses stay on your device and are not uploaded.

Google Analytics for Firebase may process the analytics information described in Section 8 according to Google's applicable privacy terms.

Those third parties may process technical information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and platform requirements.

Apple also requires app developers to account for data collection performed by third-party code included in their apps when completing App Privacy disclosures.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as One More Please evolves, including when we add, remove, or modify features, permissions, or third-party technologies.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, the version number shown at the top of this Policy.
